I think the word ‘central’ came from the context of सम् अन् न तरल - same un end level/same ness - and ‘vista’ from वि ईष्ट - most desired. Note ‘un’ and ‘end’ are connected to अन् and अन्त and the prior has same rule as English and the later mean the same.

What is the meaning of pAr vatI or पारवती? वती is the suffix for converting verb to noun and adjective. “ृ” or “R” becomes “ar” or “aar” in successive vowel grades - “अर” or “आर”. So the root is पृ. One that is busy, active, working, engaging, bringing, carrying, delivering, protecting, carrying over, pleasing, delighting, etc. Or the Divine Nature Mother. The words paar or priya come from this root.

So since my early days in the US, I had seen an Indian connection with Mexicans who also claim their ancestors discovered zero. I found 3 reasons - commonness in physical appearance like Indians, Red and Green Chutney/ Salsa, Roti/Bu ritto (note roti sound) and Handicrafts like Shaal and Dhurry. Later scholars have written about commonality in their worship and temple architecture.
